Location
Walden on Carmel is tucked away along the southern portion of I-485. It is bordered to the North by I-485, and to the South by McAlpine Creek and McMullen Creek. It has one entry from Carmel Road.

There is much to see and do nearby. Along Pineville Matthews Road (SR 51) there are a number of shopping centers and restaurants. Less then 2 miles away you will find the Carolina Place Mall and downtown Pineville.

Walk to: both the McMullen Creek Greenway and the Lower McAlpine Creek Greenways meet and wrap this community.
