Thornhill sits in the Ballantyne area of south Charlotte. This community originally built in the 1990's features the "Big Rock" county park, a natural forest like preserve. Adjacent to the park you will find the community amenities area with the community lake. As a master planned "members only" community, the residents of Thornhill enjoy the community pool, tennis courts, stacked stone pavilion clubhouse, picnic area, children's playground, walking paths, nature park and lake with fountain and island.
