Pheasant Knoll is an established southeast Charlotte neighborhood located off of Margaret Wallace Rd. There are a wide variety of homes and townhomes in this community that range in style and age. Many of the homes were originally built in the late 1980's and early 1990's. The typical home is either ranch or 2 story and sits on .2 to .4 of an acre. Homes in this neighborhood tend to range in square footage from 1100 to over 2400 square feet.

Pheasant Knoll is conveniently located in southeast Charlotte just off of US Hwy 74 (Independence Blvd) and close to I-485. The neighborhoodin a mile or so from Matthews and a short walk to the McAlpine Creek Greenway.

Numerous retailers and restaurants on Monroe Rd and Independence Blvd are within a short distance. The Crown Point shopping center is less than a mile from this neighborhood.
