Typical homes in this community were built in the late 1970's and early 1980's. They are often ranch or 1.5 story and range from 1000 to 2500 square feet. Most lots are a quarter acre or larger.

Location
Park Ridge sits just inside the southern portion of I-485. It is bordered to the West by I-485, and to the South by McMullen Creek. It has entries from Park Road and Blue Heron Drive.

There is much to see and do nearby. Along Pineville Matthews Road (SR 51) there are a number of shopping centers and restaurants. Less then 1 mile away you will find the Carolina Place Mall and downtown Pineville.

Walk to: Carmel Crossing Shopping Center, Both the McMullen Creek Greenway and the Lower McAlpine Creek Greenway.
