Monticello Woods

Monticello Woods is an established southeast Gaston County neighborhood off of Hoffman Road. Homes in this community range in style and age. Most of the homes built in this community were built in the late 1960's and early 1970's. Homes in this neighborhood tend to range in square footage from 1800 to 3200 heated square feet and are typically three and four bedroom homes with attached garages. Current pricing falls between the $150's to $350's.

Monticello Woods is conveniently located in East Gastonia just off of Redbud Drive. Numerous retailers and restaurants on Franklin Blvd are within a short distance. Just South of the community you will find a BiLo Shopping Center and a new Lowes Foods Shopping Center.
