Marlwood Acres

This neighborhood consists of homes built from the 1950's to the 2000's. Properties within the community have a wide range of styles and sizes. You can find properties from 1300SF to 3000SF. The community is situated off of Albemarle Rd with easy access to shopping and restaurants along Albemarle Rd.

Location

This neighborhood extends North from Lawyers Road and is easily accessed along Albemarle Road as well. It is approximately seven miles East of Uptown Charlotte and is close to the new I-485 as well.

There are a number of schools within a short distance of this neighborhood. A new Target anchored shopping center was recently built a short distance East of this neighborhood. Plans are in the works for a new Mall east of this area along I-485 at Lawyers Road.
