Kingstree

This neighborhood consists of fairly new homes built in the 2000's. Properties within the community have a wide range of styles and sizes, although two story homes tend to dominate. You can find properties from 1200 to 3200 heated square feet.

Location

This neighborhood extends West from Harrisburg Road. It is convenient to a number of shopping centers and restaurants on Albemarle Road and is approximately nine miles East of Uptown Charlotte.

Within a half mile you will find JH Gunn Elementary and Northeast Junior High School.

A new Target anchored shopping center was recently built a short distance South of this neighborhood and an existing Wal-Mart is approximately 1 mile away. The CT Myers Golf Course is just adjacent to this community. Plans are in the works for a new Mall East of this area along I-485 at Lawyers Road.
