Hoffman Ridge

Hoffman Ridge is an established southeast Gaston County neighborhood off of Hoffman Road. Homes in this community range in style and age. Most of the homes built in this community were built in the late 1980's and early 1990's. Homes in this neighborhood tend to range in square footage from 1800 to 2700 heated square feet and are typically three and four bedroom homes with attached garages. Current pricing starts in the low $200's.

Hoffman Ridge sits across from the Colony Woods community and s conveniently located in southeast Gastonia just off of Hoffman Rd. Numerous retailers and restaurants on Franklin Blvd are within a short distance. A new Lowes Foods Shopping Center was recently built less than a mile or so away.
