Hidden Valley
Hidden valley is a great neighborhood for first-time homebuyers. The close proximity to Uptown Charlotte, the University area and the Interstates make this community desireable. Homes in this neighborhood are currently eligible for the House Charlotte Down payment Assistance Program.

Properties were primarily built in the 1940's, 50's, 60's and 70's. Typical home sizes are from 900 square feet to over 3000 square feet. The majority of homes in this area are ranch with a few split level as well.

Hidden Valley is conveniently located close to Uptown Charlotte. It is served by I-85 to the North and N Tryon (US Hwy 29) to the South.

Bus lines currently service this area and there is a possibility of future light rail development into this area.
