Coventry Woods
The Coventry Woods Community is located about 5 miles southeast of Uptown Charlotte, along Independence Blvd near N. Sharon Amity. The neighborhood has a nine acre landscaped park with community picnic shelters, nature trails and a playground making this a comfortable place to live with real family appeal. Homes in the community were built predominantly in the 1960’s and 1970’s. Square footage varies as 1,300 to 2,400SF homes can be found.

This neighborhood is located on the East side of Independence (Hwy 74) approximately 5 miles from Uptown Charlotte. It sits minutes from a number of retailers, restaurants and other businesses along Independence Blvd and at Eastland Mall.
