Cotswold is an established South Charlotte neighborhood off of Sharon Amity Rd. Homes in this community range in style and age. Many homes were originally built in the 1950’s, however you can find homes built right up to the present day. Types are diverse as ranch, split level and 2 story are common. Homes in this neighborhood tend to range widely in square footage from under 1000 square feet to over 4500 square feet. The location is prime as it is close to many desirable parts of town.

Cotswold is conveniently located in southeast Charlotte. The neighborhood is served by arterial roadways in Sharon Amity Rd, Providence Rd and Randolph Rd. The neighborhood features the Cotswold Village Shops. The Cotswold Village Shops is one of Charlotte's most successful neighborhood centers. Cotswold renovated several sections and created an inviting "Courtyard" area with several unique shops, pleasant architecture, outdoor dining, benches, awnings and beautiful landscaping. The Courtyard is home to many events throughout the year including a "Summer Series" of outdoor dining, music, art demonstrations, sculptors, magicians, etc. every Friday night from May until September. Other nearby amenities include access to the Grayson Park and Randolph Junior High School.
