Castlewood is an established southeast Gaston County neighborhood off of Hoffman Rd. This small community features many homes built in the mid-1980's. in this community range in style and age. Homes in this neighborhood tend to range in square footage from 1100 to 1700 square feet and are typically three bedroom ranch and 2 story homes.

Castlewood is conveniently located in southeast Gastonia just off of Hoffman Rd. Numerous retailers and restaurants on Franklin Blvd are within a short distance. A new Lowes Foods Shopping Center was recently built less than a mile or so away.
