Brightmoor
The Brightmoor Community is located about 18 miles southeast of downtown Charlotte, NC in the city of Matthews. The neighborhood includes a pool and recreation area. The neatly landscaped yards, common areas and recreation facility makes this a comfortable place to live with real family appeal. Homes in the community were built ranging from the mid 1980's to mid 1990's. Square footage varies as 1,500 to 3,600 heated square foot homes can be found.

Location

This neighborhood is located in the Matthews community and benefits from the lower Matthews Tax rates. It is just 5 minutes from the popular downtown Matthews and a short commute into Uptown Charlotte.

The area also benefits from its close proximity to the Charlotte area via Independence Blvd, I-485, and Old Monroe Rd.
