Ballantyne
Ballantyne proper is 2,000 acres, generally bordered on the north byI-485 and extending from Lancaster Highway (formerly U.S. 521) on the west to just short of Elm Lane on the east and around Providence Road West on the south.

The center of Ballantyne is the intersection of Johnston Road and Ballantyne Commons Parkway, marked by four 30-foot monuments. In the immediate neighborhood, Ballantyne consists of a 535 acre corporate park planned to include over 5 million square feet of office space, 1,150 hotel rooms and over 500,000 square feet of retail space.

Location
Ballantyne sits south of I-485 in the Southernmost part of Charlotte. In recent years the development of this community has blossomed to the point where Ballantyne seems like a small town. It is easily accessible from I-485 and Ballantyne Commons Parkway.
